Iris, Talia and Auriana all are in a fictional rock/pop girl band called LoliRock, hence the show name. Iris is the lead singer, Talia plays a keytar or sometimes the guitar, while Auriana plays a tambourine and occasionally the drums. They dress up in different outfits and sing a handful of different singles. They mostly rehearse in their studio in Aunt Ellen's House, but sometimes practice in the arenas their concerts would perform in. Lyna and Carissa are not in the band, however they still attend their shows. Around Sunny Bay, the band is very popular and seem to be recognized by a lot of people that the girls meet.

The songs that the LoliRock band have written so far are "Higher", "Never Give Up", "Celebrate", "Revolution", "We Are Magic", "New Star Generation", "LoliStep", "Party Talking", "Reach The Stars" and "BFF". Though they only performed it once, the band has also wrote a song simply known as "Iris's Goodbye Song".
